Please Touch the Trash

Tactile Performances“Please Touch the Trash” is an interactive performance presented at BIPOD at Al Madina Theatre. Using discarded materials as a tactile and performative medium, the work questions what we call waste and the social, economic, environmental and philosophical values attached to it. Visitors encounter “living” waste that shifts shape through touch, revealing discarded matter as a trace of both intimate and collective history.
