PERCEPTIONS
Theatre project with blind and Deaf participants·2019–2020
Theatre & DancePERCEPTIONS is a theatre project developed with separate groups of blind and Deaf participants in Lebanon. Through theatre-based workshops and collaborative creation, the project explored expression, communication and participation through different sensory experiences. Written by Nadine Abou Zaki and co-directed with Rouaida al Ghali Hornig, the project was developed with Red Oak and supported by the Euro-Mediterranean Foundation of Support to Human Rights Defenders (EMHRF).
